Joyras has great experience in sourcing and supplying gravity casting molds for assembled finished products.
While gravity casting molds are not part of our core product range, we know that these categories of metal parts are widely used in similar industries such as die cast and CNC machined components.
Thus, over the years, we have established a robust and reliable supply chain in order to enable our Clients to acquire and deal with qualified, trustworthy and price competitive partners.
This allows the Joyras team to supervise the complete project management process when Gravity Casting Molds are a requirementin complex projects that include our manufactured die cast and machined parts; by being able to control the whole process Joyras can complete a project within the agreed lead time.
After the Client has placed a mold order, we will provide qualified 3D tooling drawings and designs for the manufacturing engineering analysis report. After the tooling drawings and engineering report are approved, we will submit samples with material certificates, five pieces initial samples inspection reports and surface finish qualifications to our Clients for their approval with a firm lead time.
